We hope you find the information and resources on the Site useful and informative. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Ownership
American Truckers United, Inc. (“ATU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the Site and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, white papers, advocacy materials, data, software, and other information (collectively, the “Content”). The Content is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, as well as international treaty provisions.
Permitted Use
You may access, browse, and use the Site and make a reasonable number of copies of publicly available Content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices and do not modify any Content.
You may not, without our prior express written permission, use the Content for any other purpose, including but not limited to: modifying, copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, transmitting, displaying, performing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works from, uploading, posting, adapting, editing, or plagiarizing any portion of the Site or Content. Any unauthorized use automatically terminates the permissions granted herein.
Governing Law and Access
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, Services, or these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you access the Site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. We make no representation that the Content is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions, and access from locations where any part of the Content is illegal is prohibited. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or terminate access to the Site or Services to any user at any time.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ATU, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, but in no event exceeding One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100.00).
Submissions of Information
Any personally identifiable information you submit through the Site will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
For any other information, materials, ideas, suggestions, comments, feedback, or other content you submit or post to the Site (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant ATU a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Submissions in any form or medium. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your Submissions do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
You agree not to submit or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability.

We may update or revise these Terms of Use, the Site, or any Services at any time. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms of Use periodically.
Trademarks
“American Truckers United,” “ATU,” and all related logos, service marks, and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of American Truckers United, Inc. Other names, logos, and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. No license or right to use any trademark is granted by these Terms of Use.
Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use are reserved by ATU.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATU, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your Submissions or other content you provide; (ii) your use of the Site or Services; or (iii) your violation of these Terms of Use.
