The team behind the national movement demanding English proficiency for truck drivers — and calling for bans on non-domicile CDLs and B1 visitor visa abuse by Mexico and Canada — has now planted its roots in Oklahoma. That grassroots movement already produced a Presidential executive order, the passage of Oklahoma’s SB20, Operation Guardian, the USDOT’s final ruling on Non-Domicile CDLs, SCOTUS Broker Liability, and is now leading efforts to pass Dalilah’s Law.

Oklahoma was chosen as national headquarters because of the state’s bold leadership in combating illegal alien truckers, its steadfast support for safe Main Street trucking companies, and its resistance to Wall Street mega-carrier influence.
For too long, the trucking industry has been misrepresented by voices that only speak for Wall Street fleets and unaccountable freight brokers. Yet the American trucking industry was built — and continues to thrive — on privately held, American-owned, asset-based operators. These are the companies that invest in safety, their people, their communities, and the infrastructure that makes the industry stronger. They do not outsource their operations overseas, they do not seek excessive profits by insourcing their drivers from the Third World, and they take full responsibility for the vetting of their truck drivers.
Governed exclusively by a board of directors composed solely of experienced asset-based operators from privately held American trucking companies — with no Wall Street carriers and no foreign controlled motor carriers — the organization will deliver a clear, united voice that puts SAFE, American-owned, asset-based fleets and their drivers first.

American Truckers United will advocate boldly against illegal immigration and illegal chameleon carriers in the brokerage ecosystem. It will fight for the industry we love by focusing on stronger highway safety, fair competition, strong borders, national security, and full accountability across the entire supply chain.

Under the Biden-Harris regime, and with backing from rogue sanctuary states, thousands—if not tens of thousands—of non-English-speaking migrants have been granted non-domiciled Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs), a decision now under intense scrutiny following a series of deadly crashes involving 80,000-pound big rigs, including a horrific incident in Austin, Texas, that left five Americans dead.
America’s highways have become not just a mess but a national security threat, as the Biden–Harris regime oversaw a four-year surge in migrants obtaining non-domiciled Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs). The situation has grown so dire that President Trump recently signed an executive order requiring all CDL holders to demonstrate English proficiency—a policy slated to take effect next week.
American Truckers United has sent an urgent letter to Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy, demanding a ban on non-domicile Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs) for non-citizens and restrictions on foreign CDLs to commercial trade zones.
Lax licensing rules are allowing potentially unsafe foreign truckers to legally work America’s highways, industry insiders say.
